I have rewriten the horizontal template released for indexhibit some months ago.
It's free to use as long as you keep the link to my site in the menu bar. You can download the theme here. To install it, just drop the folder on yourindexhibitinstallation/ndxz-studio/site/ and to select it, just go to configuration, select the advanced interface and in theme, select horizontal2.
I've made a workaround to have the template at least shown on internet explorer 6. Not tested on explorer 7. On mac, it's been tested Firefox, Safari and Camino.
